The last three days of 2011 in pictures

 Went to Paradise Dynasty for the second time 

 This time round, I ordered only the cheese xlbs!

 Garlic pork rib la mian! Damn good, total bill only comes up to around 25+

 Finally, dinner with mum and bro at her shop. She's been complaining I haven't visited her in months. 3 months to be exact.

 The day Kelly and I discovered we are cheapskates LOL

 Bought Haha this treat for X'mas but I only gave it to her in 2012

I think she resembles me, she is so lazy, she pees on herself. LOL, not the pee on self part, it's the lazy part that resembles me. 

I was worried she'd get wet tail but turns out she is just plain lazy 

 NYE, we went Carousel for lunch buffet!!!!!!

If there is only one food I have to eat for the rest of my life, it would be salmon

At night, went over to Finna's 21st! 

We got her a cake from my neighbourhood. Super pinky! 

And it's damn bulky for me to carry around 

Most of the time, I ate satay, hot dogs and gambled till 2012. 

My luck for the year, so-so only. 

I only won like five bucks

Today, I pitched to a guy in his 40s, who has a fully tattooed body

No dragon, no koi, no chinese words

It's a portrait of his late mum 

Today, I learnt a very valuable lesson.

We are back in Tampines again. 

Sales wasn't great 

I went to this unit and the owner keeps a maltese, it kept barking at me

I started to build rapport with him, asking about his dog 

I learnt that the maltese's name is ben ben, he is ten 

The dog is actually his son's, who passed away when he was 21, from a bike accident 

Words..... can never describe his facial expression 

He was in pain, missing his son

He was in tears

He said his son left him the dog to keep him company

This is why I like this job

It allows me to build my EQ, to speak to people from all walks of life 

Today, I will start to value family more

Hey, sorry I've not been updating much these days. 

Life has been.... pretty eventful recently

But I have faith it will get better

These few days, I've been cooped up at home for some reason and it was an event that scarred me for life.

I never want to recall or witness another thing like that again 

Anyway, moving on, my past weeks in pictures. 

Not a lot of pictures cos my phone hangs fifteen hours a day 

This was lunch with the team on a sunday in tpy 

 Hamsters belonging to a customer. 

I know it is very bad to have nine hamsters living together and the female is pregnant again 

I wasn't in any position to educate the customer but I did hint that there will be overcrowding very very soon 

 Tried to do some shopping for cny at F21 

 Finally, I got to try DingTea! Pudding milktea. 

I've been trying to find the pudding milktea I had in TW but....

It's the same for lu rou fan as well 

So I HAVE to go back TW soon!

 At last I tidied up the room 

 And I baked 

I gather I will update more often cos Dad gave me one of his phones, no more hanging! 

Weeks passed like minutes and I've already been with the company for 6 weeks 

I need to find out what I did wrong these past few weeks

Just another japalang post for today, haha. 

It's after 12 already. 

So, SELAMAT HARI RAYA! :D

Basically, my routine everyday is work, work and work

Sat is my off day which literally meant shopping/gathering day

I promised Dad I'll bring him to buffet town next sat and I shall make good my promise

Generally, most days, sales were good. 

But there are times when things aren't working so well but I was never affected. 

The truth is, whether you know it or not, your thoughts are responsible for whatever place or situation you are in right now

So, think happy thoughts (:  

 On my first day out on field alone, this kind lady customer gave me a box of chocolates she made from the RC. 

There were truffles and durian chocolates 

Taste heavenly

They looked presentable until I put the box in my bag and they fought a war with the files, wallet, hp, water bottle and pens 

It's customers like this lady that made my day (: 

 Another reason to look forward to working is that we are at different parts of Singapore all the time so we get to try out food from all over Singapore. 

This was Mexican grilled chicken from Chester Express, Jurong West on thursday night.

Today, I went shopping with Kelly and Finna two hours before we meet the guys 

Took a cab down for dinner afterwards

Haven't blog in a while! 

Mainly because I've been busy with my new job? 

Nah, I was just lazy LOL

Frankly speaking, I like my job a lot, it allows me to learn a lot and I get recognition so all's good (:  

But anyway, here's what I did last sat, I went to Ben and Jerry's chunkfest! 

But I was disappointed 'cos the usual NS/ZOO/JBP people weren't there.  

 Faircoins this year! But it was fucking ex! Two scoops was 11faircoins aka $11! I can buy a pint with staff discount already! 

On a side note, this job is a lot about setting goals. 

I figured I should write them down somewhere. 

2012 GOAL

- Sponsor three dogs in shelters

- Room makeover 

- Travel to HK!

- Travel to TW!

THREE YEAR GOAL

- Take over Dad and pay the mortgage 

- Renovate the house

- Travel to Australia 

- Travel to South Korea 

- Sponsor five dogs in shelters

FIVE YEAR GOAL

- Save up half the amount I need to buy a beach house

- Save up 30% of retirement funds (lol)

- Invest in properties overseas, rent them out 

TEN YEAR GOAL

- Buy dream beach house

In ten years time, I will be 31, WAH LAO, SO OLD! hahahaha
