tdy wrk was def busy

i did beer runner

wah lao

i lost count of how many singapore slings i made

there were 3 tequila sunrise

3 planter's punch

5 fruit punch

and ard 6 xmas mocktal and 3 cocktails

worse still

i sent a sling to customer table and he knocked it over

glass broke drinks spilled

when it was the super busy period

grabbed serviets to dry the table

made a new sling for customer

and the busy period continues

ravi handled the beers

i handled the rest and xmas cake

wah lao

i srsly hate making the cake

there were like sooooo many receipts

and the receipts for the cake has to be kept till the customer finished their main course ?

but by that time the receipts are damn wet and torn

cos juices were spilled

ice melted and stuff

so i dont care

i made the cakes and sent them

cos if someone accidentally throws the receipt away

thats it

but to my surprise

the customers say

oh just nice , time for dessert

hahaha

and beer counter was srsly damn messy !

theres no time to clear up

cos when u made this certain drink

u dont need that juice or a shot of this

but then another order came and u need this juice

and chopping board

pineapple apple orange lime mango juice bottles were lying ard

tequila white rum sling premix and grenadine syrup were all over the place

then ard 9

no more white rum

no tequila

no sugar syrup

no more sg sling glass

no more toothpicks

no more short straws

chaotic

finished two bottles of sg sling

juices were running low of supply

hell of a hectic day

but im just glad i didnt do dining

sure dulan lor

and not to mention my butt wound tears whenever i moved or made big gestures

so overall

i did wrk rly slow tdy

my butt is burning still !

finally i can say im hot . sibei lol
