Qu Universal Studio Singapore loh!

Da nian chu yi went to USS.

We were there from 945 to 6 in the evening

Took the monorail there. Uncle helped us took these pics

Trying to decide which route we should take

This is our first ride: enchanted airways

Which is a junior roller coaster.

We were queuing for the ride.

This was in the morning so the crowd wasn't that bad

You see my mother machiam tourist.

This was at far far away. I think far far away is the chioest place in USS already.

Afterwards, still in far far away, we went to watch Shrek 4-D Adventure and Donkey LIVE which is watching donkey sing and it is kinda boring actually but Shrek 4-D was awesome

Anyway, when you exit the theatre for Shrek 4-D, you enter Fairy Godmother's Potion Shop immediately

Clever move 'cos after watching the movie, people will tend to buy mah.

My mum actually got a pink bottle with Cinderella in Shrek from there and it has been left untouched on the makeup table since.

Seriously, mum?

I asked bro to help me take a pic of me w the beware of ogre sign while waiting for Shrek to come out and this is the end product.

Finally Shrek and Fiona came out

Fiona is really pretty and Shrek ruffles my hair leh!

You're gonna see a lot of mum and me in this post cos bro dislike taking pics and uncle was helping us take pics.

After far far away was The Lost World.

We wanted to try Canopy Flyer which is like a roller coaster for 4 but the fuck waiting time was 100 mins!

So we went over to Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure which is basically a round float which can hold up to 9 people and you go through manmade water streams and Jurassic park scenes.

It was alright until the float goes down and my side went down first.

So only I got wet, soaking wet!

But it was fun though

I think USS know how to tan lui very well. They had a vending machine selling ponchos and everyone buys one.

I haven't worn a poncho in 15 years so I was awkwardly trying to wear one and this Korean lady queuing behind me help me with it. Ah, so nice (:

About 80% of the photos here were taken after this ride so I was wet/cold and fugly as hell

And my hair tangled like machiam unbreakable knots I had a tough battle with THE HAIR and I lost v jialat

With my wet/cold/fugly self, we made our way to WaterWorld which is also located in The Lost World.

WaterWorld is basically death-defying stunts, awesome explosions and thrills in this sensational "live" water show

Sounds very not me right? Cos it's really not. I typed this out from the studio guide. HAHAHA

But the show was really nice and the effects was great

Finally lunch time came.

Most eateries were crowded and packed to the max

Fortunately, we found Marty's Casa Del Wild (or is it Gloria's Snack Shack?)

I chose this place b'cos I really dig the design of the place. So happy and vibrant!

Look at their tables, so colourful!

It was kinda like old school where we take our trays and wait for the staff to pass the food to us and then we go pay at the counter which is an individual booth.

I forgot to mention that we had 2 roasted chicken rice with spices and 2 beef rendang

Their specialty is the chicken but since I've started working at Bongo, I've come to know that best sellers aren't the best food to order so I had the beef rendang

Turned out, the chicken was huge! But dry and not nice that even bro who eats any and every shit he can find, couldnt finish it.

The prices were very similar to Bongo as well. their main dish comes with coconut cake at S$12.90 and drinks at S$3

I LOVE their tables and chairs!

I like their fans! So cute. Next time I also want this in my room!

Went over to Ancient Egypt.

Took the Revenge of the Mummy ride.

It was an indoor roller coaster

There was this picture taken during the ride and we bought it cos it was fucking funny

Mum was like 'OMG WTF I WANT OUT!!!!"

Uncle was like holding on to Mum cos she was so freaked out

Bro actually put his hands up in the air. We were going down!

He was like "trust the equipment!" -.-

I was like "why the fuck is there a light out of sudden?" so I was damn wide eyed and looked like I've seen a ghost

Neither of us look nice but we bought it for the memory and the looks on our faces LOL

We didnt really went into Sci-Fi City as the main attraction there is the big roller coaster

Official news has it that it will be open in 21st feb but when we were there, the ride was actually open and there was a signboard saying "we're having a trial rehearsal"

Sorry hor, I dont dare plus I'm sure I would've puke my guts out, I just had lunch leh

So we walked over to Hollywood. Over there, they mostly sell merchandise but there's the Pantages Hollywood Theatre where monsters like Frankenstein, Ghost bride, she- wolf and whatnot would perform in a rock and roll musical. It was normal but I think kids would love it.

Continuing the walk over to our last stop, New York for Lights, Camera, Action! Hosted by Steven Spielberg where they show us how to make special effects.

Dad would surely love this, he loves to watch movies with special effects.

We unknowingly got into front row and were told we will get wet.

Nahbey, I just got dry now tell me will get wet again?!

But luckily my side didnt kanna

There was this indian indian lady who very kindly make space for me to stand beside her right in front of the stage cos everyone around me were pushing and I found myself staring at heads instead of the props

She even put her arms around me and we watch the show like that.

She no lesbian la, got lao gong one

Then we took pics with the cartoon characters.

It was really inconvenient because the characters were out once every 45 mins and you have to queue to take pics and after queuing for 3 mins, they tell u the person before u is the last to take pic so come back 45 mins later. fuck u. But uncle very cute.

If you get her piping hot food, she would say it's fucking hot and she cant eat it

If you get her cold food, she say it's so cold how to eat

She tells you to get her any food and then she complaint the food suck and she wont eat it

Usually people would not take her shit

But uncle would calmly get her another food.

He is truely a gem

I'm really glad that we could get along with uncle and I know that Mum is happy about it.

Uncle dotes on us a lot

He brings us to swissotel, bowling, movies, accompany us to buy phones, and now USS (:

And that's on top of his own work and helping out at Mum's business 3 to 7 days a week.

But however good he is, he is not my biological father and I love my dad to bits.We are like bffs

He is the total opposite of me. When he was younger, he had big bikes, changed gfs every month, got into fights and went overseas for 3 months without any news from him LOL

When dad served NS he didnt went home for 3 months and grandma was like "you are still alive!"
